In a tragic incident, a biker and YouTuber recently died after meeting an accident while attempting a stunt at the hair-raising 300 kmph speed on the Yamuna Expressway. The YouTuber, identified as 22-year-old Agastya Chauhan, reportedly handled a YouTube channel with videos of “Riding , Hyper-Riding ,Drag Race , Fun , Comedy , Reactions And Traveling” as per his YouTube bio.

The 22-year-old had over 1.2 million subscribers on his channel, which showcased his daring and skillful bike stunts. However, his passion for speed and thrills turned fatal when he crashed his Kawasaki Ninja bike into a divider, resulting in severe head injuries that claimed his life on the spot.

According to the investigating officer, Yogendera Kumar, Chauhan was riding with four of his friends when the accident happened. The cause of the crash is yet to be established, as the camera installed near the spot was out of order, and the speed at which Chauhan was riding could not be confirmed. However, it is believed that he and one of his friends might have started a bike race from the Jevar toll plaza, which led to the fatal collision.

Chauhan’s death has also brought to light his past violations of traffic rules and laws. He had been booked under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Motor Vehicle Act.

The need for speed and the rush of adrenaline can be a tempting allure for many young people. For some, it’s a way to find excitement and escape from the monotony of everyday life. However, for 22-year-old Agastya Chauhan, it proved to be a fatal obsession.

Murky Details Around Incident Surface

The investigating officer, Yogendera Kumar, revealed that the camera installed near the scene of the accident was out of order, and the speed at which Chauhan was going could not be confirmed.

However, it is believed that he and one of his friends started a bike race from the Jevar toll plaza, which led to the collision. The exact cause of the accident is yet to be determined, and the police are examining the footage from CCTV cameras, as well as Chauhan’s helmet camera, which was also damaged in the crash.

While the police are trying to determine the cause of the accident, one of Chauhan’s friends has claimed that his death was a result of a hit-and-run accident, with a speeding truck hitting him from behind. The police are investigating this claim as well and are reviewing all available evidence.

Chauhan Had Been Several Times for Rash Driving

The news of Chauhan’s death has left his followers and the biking community in shock and disbelief. It has also brought to light his past history with traffic rules violation.

Earlier this year, he had been booked under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Motor Vehicle Act for performing dangerous stunts on city roads in Uttarakhand’s capital. He was also one of the 12 bloggers identified by Dehradun traffic police for endangering public safety with their stunts.
