What is Andrew Tate Accused Of?
This ultimately ended in Tate being arrested along with his brother. Following the arrest, the Directorate for the Investigation of Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) mentioned that it identified six persons who employed a ‘loverboy’ scheme, where British citizens would pretend having a romantic relationship with the victims, transport them to Romania, and then force them into creating adult content.
The arrested individuals include Tate, his brother Tristan Tate, and two other Romanian nationals. According to local outlet Gândul, Tate brothers were taken into questioning earlier in April this year, after a complaint was made about an American citizen being forced to live at the Tate residence.
