MP Man Rapes, Kills Minor Girl to Avenge Affair of his Wife with Deceased Minor’s Father
In a horrific incident reported from MP, a man raped and killed a minor girl to avenge the affair of his wife with the minor victim’s father. The shocking turn of events was reported from Madhya Pradesh’s Satna and was reported earlier this week. The accused in the matter was identified as 31-year-old Rajesh Rajak, who committed the heinous crime earlier on November 17.
The matter came to the fore when locals discovered the remains of a deceased girls in the forest area. Subdivisional police officer Ashish Jain told media that a case of abduction was already registered against an unknown person for the abduction of the 7-year-old missing girl.
Investigation led the cop to 31-year-old Rajesh, who confessed to the crime during questioning. The accused told cops that his wife had an affair with the neighbour. When he tried to stop her from continuing the affair, it did not stop and they duo carried on with their relationship.
In a desperate bid to take revenge, the accused abducted the man’s 7-year-old daughter, raped her, and later killed her. He was booked under multiple sections of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
Madhya Pradesh reported a sharp 31.7% increase in number of crimes against children in 2021.
The Facts of the Matter
Women, children, and members of marginalized community, and elderly are subjected to harassment and abuse of different kinds. While stringent laws are put in to place to curb such incidents, several states are reporting a sharp increase in crimes, especially against minors under POCSO Act. In one such incident reported from MP, a 7-year-old girl was killed because of her father’s sins.
Girl Suffers for Fathers Sins
The incident occurred at a village in Satna district, Madhya Pradesh, and the accused in the matter, Rajesh Rajak, was arrested.
Rajak was arrested for the rape and murder of a 7-year-old girl. The motive? Revenge.
As per Subdivisional officer Ashish Jain, a 7-year-old girl had gone missing since November 17, and a case of kidnapping was registered against unknown person for the alleged abduction.
Meanwhile, earlier on Monday, locals found the remains of the girls in a forest area.

Missing Girl was Raped on Day of Abduction
As the investigation continued, it was revealed that the missing girl was raped on the same day she had gone missing, i.e., November 17. Based on the call records of one of the suspects, the police were able to take the accused Rajesh Rajak into questioning.
Accused’s Horrific Confession
During the interrogation Rajesh told cops that his wife was having an affair with his neighbour. Although he tried to stop her from continuing the affair, his efforts had gone in vain and the duo had continued with their ordeal. Since then, Rajesh had been festering hatred towards his neighbour.
In a bid to take revenge, the accused Rajesh abducted his neighbour’s 7-year-old daughter, and took him to an isolated place. There he raped her and left her body in the forest after killing her.
Rajesh was booked under multiple sections of the IPC, including section 376 (rape) section 302 (murder), and other relevant sections of the POCSO Act.
