In a concerning video gone viral, a Bihar-based cop was seen threatening a teacher, and claiming that he can declare a person terrorist in a mere second. After video of the incident received much backlash on social media, a probe was initiated in the matter.

“Don’t speak much…It is our job to declare people terrorists. Will declare you a terrorist in a second,” the policeman can be heard yelling at the man.
