Hyderabad: Wife Suspecting Husband of Having an Affair Hires Goons to Gang-Rape the “Other Woman”, Films Act
In an act of revenge gone too far, a wife who suspected her husband of having an affair hired goons to gang-rape the “other woman” in the situation and further filmed the act to exact revenge. The accused woman was reportedly furious over her husband’s increasing closeness to another woman and in an attempt to exact a revenge, she hired goons to gang-rape her. The accused woman is a UPSC aspirant and married to a 32-year-old man, who is also a civil servant aspirant from Gachibowli.
The matters came to the fore when the police received a complaint by the survivor, and acting on the same, ended up arresting six people on Sunday. The six people arrested by the police also included the accused wife. The accused were booked for gang rape and outraging modesty of a woman, and were later sent to the judicial remand.
Shilpavalli, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Madhapur), was quoted in a TOI report giving the hair-raising account of the ordeal the survivor was subjected to. “All six pinned her to the ground and gagged her mouth with a cloth. They first beat her up and later, four of five men outraged her modesty. Since the fifth man raped her, it technically amounts to gangrape,” she said.
The Facts of the Matter
‘Hell hath no fury like a woman scored’, and ‘revenge is a dish best served cold’.
A woman in Hyderabad epitomized the above two adages and was arrested earlier on Sunday by the police. According to reports, the accused woman, who was furious over her husband’s increasing closeness to another woman, hired goons to gang-rape the “other woman” to exact revenge. The accused woman is married to a civil services aspirant, and is a UPSC aspirant herself.
The matter came to the fore when the survivor took to the police and filed a complaint on the matter. Acting on the complaint, the police arrested six persons, including the wife who hired the goons to gang-rape the survivor.

Survivor Meets Husband of Accused, Moves in with Couple
According to reports, the survivor met the husband of the accused woman at a civil services coaching institute. Over the course of time, the two formed a bond and the survivor started visiting the house of the civil services aspirant who lived with his wife.
Accused Woman Starts Suspecting Husband having an Affair
As the duo grew closer, the survivor moved into the house where the civil services aspirant and his wife lived. From October 2021 till February 2022 the woman stayed there. Soon, the wife of the aspirant started getting suspicious and started believing that her husband was having the affair with the survivor.
Following multiple confrontations, the survivor moved out of the house. Unfortunately, things did not settle after the survivor’s eviction. Earlier on May 26, the accused woman called the survivor to her house to further speak about the matter.

Accused Woman Asks Survivor to Visit her
The survivor visited the accused woman at her house and also brought her parents. When the accused woman saw her parents, she asked them to stay back as she wanted to speak to the survivor privately. When the survivor entered the accused’s house, she saw five goons already present in the home.
Survivor Gets Raped
What followed was nothing short of hair-raising horror. The six accused pinned the survivor to the ground and assaulted her physically. They gagged her mouth and the men outraged the woman’s modesty. It was only after the survivor’s call for help that her parents rushed to rescue her.

Woman Confesses to Crime
The survivor filed a complaint about the matter, and the accused woman was taken into the questioning. Based on her confession, the other five accused were also identified and all six were arrested for gang-rape and outraging a woman’s modesty.
