Faridabad Horror: 7-Year-Old Girl Raped by Man She Called ‘Bhaiya’, Killed When She Tried to Raise an Alarm
In a blood-curdling incident reported from Haryana’s Faridabad, a 7-year-old girl was raped by a man she used to call ‘Bhaiya’ and killed when she tried to raise an alarm. The accused was identified as a 21-year-old man who studied till class 10 and repaired mobile phones for a living. According to reports, the accused lured the minor victim by giving her candy, raped her and then murdered her when she raised an alert about the horror she was subjected to.
Reportedly, the minor victim in the matter had gone missing for two days from her house in Faridabad’s Surajkund. The accused reportedly committed the horrific crime earlier on Tuesday, and the accused was arrested 12 hours after a missing person’s report was filed by her parents. The police were able to nab the accused thanks to CCTV footage which placed him following the victim before she went missing.
According to reports, on Tuesday morning when the girl was on her way to school, the accused followed her and gave her a candy. He then asked her to accompany him to his room where he raped her. When the girl tried to raise an alarm, he strangled the 7-year-old girl, slit her throat, and smashed a brick on her face.
The accused has been booked under sections of IPC and POCSO.
The Facts of the Matter
Two days after a 7-year-old girl went missing from her locality in Faridabad, the police were able to nab the person who reportedly raped the girl, and then killed her when she raised an alarm. According to reports, the victim and her family lived as tenants in the 21-year-old accused’s home. The accused, who studied till class 10, repaired mobile phones for a living.
Earlier on Tuesday, the 7-year-old girl was on her way to school when the accused followed her and gave her a candy. He then took the girl to his room, and subjected to unimaginable horrors.

Parents Look for Missing Daughter, Complaint Filed
Meanwhile, her parents, who were unaware that their daughter was abducted, got tense when she didn’t return for a long time. Hours after not being able to get the whereabouts of their daughter, the parents took to the local police and filed a missing persons’ complaint in the matter.
The police registered a case and an investigation ensued. During investigation, the police analysed CCTV footage in the area, which showed the accused following the 7-year-old minor. Based on the footage, the accused was taken into questioning, and he soon made a horrific confession.

Accused Makes Confession
The 21-year-old accused told the cops that he raped the girl and inserted a blunt object in her private parts. Anguished by the horrors she was subjected to, the victim tried to raise an alarm. This prompted the accused to strangle the victim with a towel, slit her throat with a blade. He then also went on to smash the girl’s facade with a forehead.
Sube Singh, Faridabad Police spokesperson gave gruesome details of the crime and was quoted in an Indian Express report. “He took her to his old, dilapidated house in the area where he attempted to rape her. When the girl resisted and started yelling, he allegedly strangled her and slit her neck with a blade,” he was quoted saying.

Accused Booked Under POCSO Act
Reportedly, the accused also wrapped the 7-year-old girl’s body in a rug, placed it on his bike, and dumped it over a kilometer away from her home.
Following the confession, the accused was booked under multiple sections pertaining to kidnapping, murder, and POCSO Act. He was produced before the court and has been taken into custody.
